PCWKGA executive committee recently enacted new Constitution & By-laws for the golf association starting in 2024 with the goal of providing guidance to our membership in all areas pertinent to this association:

• Membership enrollment & recruitment

• Finance & budgetary control

• Rules & regulations

• Weekend & tournament play

• Communication
